What is the Retailer Insights Board?

The Retailer Insights Board brings together a group of top cannabis retailers from around the US and Canada. Board members provide insights and feedback directly to the LeafLink team to help us improve our service — and define a higher standard for cannabis retail.

Why apply?

  1. Help shape LeafLink’s direction and marketplace with your input

  2. Test new LeafLink features and designs before public release

  3. Receive a promotional badge to display on LinkedIn and your website

What are the responsibilities and expectations?

  1. An interest in bringing positive change to the industry and providing software feedback to help improve the LeafLink experience

  2. Availability for 1-2 monthly calls with the LeafLink Product Team to share software insights and feedback

  3. Availability to provide feedback via email to the LeafLink Product Team (up to 4 emails per month)

  4. 6-month term with option to stay on the board longer if desired

Who can apply?

  1. Must be the owner or purchasing manager of a licensed cannabis retailer 

  2. Must order from more than one brand on LeafLink (exceptions made for new LeafLink markets)

  3. Must have placed at least 10 orders on LeafLink in the past month
