To deliver enhanced banking access, better payment reliability, and a growing network of retailers, we’re introducing a small fee that scales with your business, so your rate decreases as your volume grows. For customers who onboarded to LeafLink before 3/1/2025, usage-based fees are structured as follows:

For Example:
Imagine you’re a seller processing $750,000 in monthly sales volume. With our tiered fee structure, your costs scale down as your business grows, so the more you sell, the lower your effective rate. Here’s how it works:

The first $20,000 you process each month? Completely free.

The next $480,000 (from $20K to $500K) is charged at 0.85%.

The remaining $250,000 (from $500K to $750K) moves into the next tier at a lower 0.65% rate.

In this example, your effective usage rate would be just 0.76% — or $0.76 per $100 in GMV. Your rate will keep dropping as your volume grows, rewarding your growth.
*Note: The rates above may differ from what’s been presented to your account. Vertical GMV can be excluded from usage fees and will incur a $15 per order fee. For more information, please contact your account manager.

How will I be billed for the usage fee?
The usage-based fee is in addition to your existing marketplace subscription fee and will be billed separately.
The bill for each month’s usage will be invoiced on the 8th day of the following month. You can view a PDF of your invoice in the Marketplace Billing page at that time. If you are signed up for automated payments, debits will run on the 9th day of the month.

To help you stay on top of your costs, your Billing POC will receive weekly summary emails showing your month-to-date usage. You will also be able to find a detailed breakdown of your usage fees in the Billing tab within your settings.
I'm on an annual contract, when will I incur usage fees?
You will not incur any usage fees until your annual contract renews. However, you will have access to all new features along with the rest of the market starting April 22, 2025.
