What does it mean to “go live” on LeafLink?

  • This means your account is now visible to buyers and you can actively accept and place orders.
     

How long does it take to go live on LeafLink?

  • On average, Sellers on LeafLink take about 5 days to create their account. This depends on your team bandwidth, along with how many brands and products you have.

  • Tip - follow our guide and do a little bit every day. 

How can I update my company name/brand name?

  • Company Name, Company DBA, and Brand name can only be updated by the LeafLink team. Please email support@leaflink.com or reach out to your Onboarding Specialist to get these fields updated. 

 

Why can’t I log in? 

  • To log in, you must first be added as a user on the account. Please click here to log in to your account — if you do not know your password, click Forgot Password to reset your account.

 

How can I share my LeafLink menu? 

  • You can download your entire menu or use your Public Menu link. Learn more about sharing your menu here

  • Pro-tip —- grab a button from our brand assets and add it to your email signature with your public menu linked!

 

Do you have a referral program? 

  • Yes! If you want to refer a buyer to the platform (it’s free for them!) you can find your referral codes by clicking your profile icon in the top right corner and then Share LeafLink.

 

How do I add or edit users to my LeafLink account?

 

How do I update my license?

 

What Integrations do you offer? 

  • LeafLink offers several integrations with leading software providers. Please let your Onboarding Specialist know you are interested and we will get you set up. Head here for Developer API Documentation.

 

What emails are sent to a buyer after they place an order with us?

 

How can I track Sales Activity? 

  • Head to your Reporting. From there, you will be able to download many types of reports. If interested in our Marketscape product, you can reach out to your Onboarding Specialist. 

 

When does my billing cycle start? 

  • You are charged upon registration as you are given immediate access to your account and most training is completed the week of registration.

 

What is BGO/SGO? 

  • Buyer-Generated Orders - A buyer places an order for your brand on LeafLink.

  • Seller-Generated Orders - A sales representative from your team creates an order on behalf of a customer.

 

What size photos should I use? 

  • Under each area to upload a photo, you should see recommended sizing. You can also look at our photo guidelines here.

 

Can I see how Buyers shop?

  • We cannot show you the marketplace from their accounts, but we do have this video that shows what it is like for a buyer to shop on the marketplace. 

 

What is your vetting process for buyers on LeafLink?

  • We collect and verify ALL Retailer (and Brands) licenses are valid before they are allowed on the Marketplace. For the scenario where a license is going to expire, our system provides an automated notification making the account administrator aware of the upcoming expiration and giving them the opportunity to update their license in their account settings. This process not only applies to Retailers, but also to our Brand customers. Additionally, LeafLink does not knowingly allow any businesses to remain active on the Marketplace with a "revoked" license. In the event that LeafLink is able to determine a customer does not have an active license, LeafLink will take measures to suspend or terminate their LeakLink account.
